WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We are based in the UK. All of our shipments are sent directly from our UK warehouse via professional logistics partners.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. All of our items are shipped directly from our UK warehouse using high quality international logistics partners.

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.K., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. At weekends we aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All Chanting Stork items are shipped directly from the UK. You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email notification when the order has been dispatched.

Standard domestic UK shipping times are 3-5 days and we also offer a next day delivery service for orders placed before 3pm.

We offer an express tracked international service on a 5-7 day basis worldwide.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified try the following:

  • Check your order confirmation email to ensure we have your correct delivery address and contact details
  • If you were out at the time of delivery, our delivery driver will have left a card to tell you where your parcel is i.e. it has been signed for by a neighbour or left in a safe area such as a shed, garage or porch
  • International shipments may be held by your local customs, please check your international tracking number to confirm and contact your local customs office for further information.
  • If you still can’t find your parcel, please contact us, quoting your order number. We’ll reply within 48 hours and will do our best to locate your parcel straightaway.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

If you have chosen a tracked service an email will be sent upon dispatch of your order, which will also include a tracking number and a link to check the current transit status of your parcel. Please allow 48hrs for the tracking number to become active as our courier systems update for international orders.

     

    Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, such as customs delays or problems with your local postal services. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds two weeks please email us directly at shop@chantingstork.com or send us a message via the contact us form and we will do all we can to help

    It is very unlikely that you will receive a customs charge, but please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties due

      HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

      We sincerely hope that you will fall totally in love with your Chanting Stork purchase and be 100% satisfied, however here's our returns policy should you wish to return your item.

      We offer a no-nonsense standard 30 day return policy from the point at which you receive your goods. In the first instance please contact us at shop@chantingstork.com to notify us, as we may be able to help with any specific issues you have.

      Returns should then be sent to the address below. At present our returns office is based in the UK, with US returns also shortly becoming available. Please contact us directly regarding international returns so we can arrange a suitable return postage method.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      Should you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Services by email at shop@chantingstork.com with your order reference number and ideally a photograph of the faulty product in advance of posting the item.

      DO ANY CONDITIONS APPLY?

      Under certain circumstances only partial refunds may be granted:
      • Should any item be received not in its original condition
      • Damage via reasonable wear after receipt
      • Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety laws
      Unfortunately we cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

      Please note, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost incurred in getting the product to you and the cost of shipping returns will also not be covered at this time.
      WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which usually takes 5-7 days to apply due to payment processing by third parties.

      WHAT IF I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED YET?

      Please check with your bank, paypal or credit card company regarding the refund amount as your refund may be being processed by your payment provider.

      Customers are presently responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, however exceptions may occur, please contact us to should you feel there is a specific reason for this.
