How Do I Return My Item?
We stand behind our products and sincerely hope that you will fall totally in love with your Chanting Stork purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, however here's our returns policy should you wish to return your item.
We offer a no-nonsense standard 30 day return policy from the point at which you receive your goods. In the first instance please contact us at email@example.com to notify us, as we may be able to help with any specific issues you have.
Returns should then be sent to the address below. At present our returns office is based in the UK, with US returns also shortly becoming available. Please contact us directly regarding international returns so we can arrange a suitable return postage method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Should you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number and ideally a photograph of the faulty product in advance of posting the item.
Do Any Conditions Apply?
Under certain circumstances only partial refunds may be granted:
- Should any item be received not in its original condition
- Damage via reasonable wear after receipt
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
When Will My Item Be Refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which usually takes 5-7 days to apply due to payment processing by third parties.
I Have Not Yet Received My Refund?
Please check with your bank, paypal or credit card company regarding the refund amount as your refund may be being processed by your payment provider.
Customers are presently responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, however exceptions may occur, please contact us to should you feel there is a specific reason for this.If you need further assistance with your refund we would be happy to help - please contact us a
